New products from Invoiced, Workiva and ViViPay

A / R software for invoiced upgrades

Invoiced, which makes accounts receivable automation software, upgraded their product with a smart tracking engine to create automated and customizable billing communication sequences to help businesses get paid faster, deliver better customer experience and spend less time on accounts receivable. The company also announced its partnership and integration with a programmatic messaging provider, Lob, so that billed customers can integrate billing and direct mail communications into automated billing workflows.

The new Smart Chasing Engine offers:

  • Multi-step, customizable notifications and reminders;
  • Notifications sent automatically on several communication channels;
  • Notifications automatically triggered by account age or overdue age and
  • Smart consolidation of notifications for multiple unpaid invoices into overdue total balance notifications and dunning reminders.

Workiva and Broadridge enter into strategic alliance

Workiva, which makes data collaboration, reporting and compliance software, has created a strategic alliance with Broadridge, a provider of investor communications and data and analytics software for financial technology companies. Through this alliance, Workiva customers will be able to securely send SEC 10-K forms and proxy statements directly to Broadridge for the design, printing and distribution of required shareholder communications.

ViViPay Wins National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference Case

ViViPay, which provides payment-related products and services for unbanked and underbanked customers, won the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference case. ViViPay will offer its financial ecosystem solution with a digital wallet linked to a Mastercard or Visa card, giving parishioners who attend one of NHCLC’s more than 40,118 million churches a low-cost option over a traditional bank account without credit check. The payments company has developed a complete ecosystem of financial solutions for unbanked and underbanked populations, like the NHCLC. According to a 2015 FDIC study, more than 40% of the Latin American community in the United States is not or underbanked, without access to the basic financial services that everyone deserves. Members also have access to mobile services from Claro, a Mexican telecommunications group, integrated directly into their digital wallets.
