“Laci is an energetic and motivated young leader,” said Tracie Kenyon, President and CEO of Montana Credit Unions (MCU). “We are delighted to recognize his accomplishments and are honored by his enthusiasm for volunteerism and financial well-being within our network of credit unions. “

Rose grew up in Hamilton and said she loved what she did.

“I love our industry,” she said. “I love our slogan ‘People help people’, that’s what we do. I started out as a cashier and am now an accountant, it’s an amazing industry for me. It’s so heartwarming because you meet so many great people and build that relationship with them. It’s so great being small because you get that one-on-one connection, our members love to come. “

Rose is a member of the RCFCU Employee Volunteer Committee and volunteers at local high schools for Financial Reality Shows and provides tax assistance to those who qualify with the Volunteer Tax Assistance (VITA) program. In addition, Rose is part of the RCFCU Relay For Life team.

Darci Parsons, CEO of RCFCU, said she has seen Rose become a “strong and confident leader within RCFCU and the Montana credit union community.”

“She is an indispensable part of my leadership team and I couldn’t be more proud of her,” said Parsons.
